AVON, Ohio – The Crossroads League announced its athletes of the week on Tuesday, recognizing the top athletes from the week of September 11 through 17. In order to be considered for the award, a student-athlete must be nominated by their institution's Sports Information Director.

COLUMBIA, Ky. – Spring Arbor University won a battle of top 10 teams Friday night as the No. 1 ranked Cougars defeated No. 10 Lindsey Wilson College 3-1 on the opening day of the 2017 Lindsey Wilson Classic.

KANSAS CITY - The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) announced 21 honorees with the association's highest individual honors as part of its annual NAIA National Awards Day on September 15, 2017. Among those honored was former men's basketball standout Eric Brand. Brand was inducted into the NAIA's Hall of Fame, the highest honor presented by the association.

KANSAS CITY – The NAIA released a new batch of Top-25 Polls this week for the sports of soccer and cross country. The Crossroads League placed 13 teams in those polls, highlighted by the Spring Arbor women's soccer team taking over the No. 1 ranking.
